> A. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Augmented DBA website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
> B. Service Optimization
Our "Fractional DBA" services are provided on a contract basis. We engineer stability into MS SQL & Oracle environments. While we strive for 99.99% uptime targets, specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be defined in your individual client contract.
> C. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Augmented DBA and its licensors. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
> D. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Augmented DBA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
